We have made owning a home more convenient with our bank and remittance partners located worldwide. But before you select one, please read through our process so we can give you the best customer experience.
Step 1: Select the bank or remittance partner most convenient to you based on your location.
Step 2: Note down our bank account number as you will be asked this information when filling up a transaction form.
Step 3: Ask your bank or remittance partner about the transaction fees. These fees are on top of the monthly down payment you shall be remitting.
Step 4: Ask about the conversion rate from your local currency to Philippine peso, the amount you shall be remitting must be equal to the required monthly down payment. In the process of remitting, the conversion rates may be subject to change without prior notice. If the actual received amount is less than the required monthly due, you shall incur a surcharge. If we received an amount higher than your required monthly due, the excess amount shall be credited as principal amount carried over to your next required monthly due.
Step 5: Remit the monies.
Step 6: Scan and email a copy of the deposit slip and email to customercare.landmarkcominc@gmail.com. We will send you an acknowledgement email back.
When do I remit my monthly payment?
Based on the date of your Official Reservation which should be contained in our Welcome Letter you or your representative has received your remittance schedule should be either of the 2 cut-off dates only. Reminder, there is a time zone difference. Please always check the local Philippine time for dates as cut-off dates are based on Philippine time zone.
