Meet the Team
Jonathan T. Lim
Chairman/President
Since 2004, Jonathan has led LANDMARK COMMUNITIES INC. developer of SUMMER HILLS in becoming one of the preferred residential addresses in Brgy Butong Na Pulo, Lipa City, Batangas. Graduating from Ateneo de Manila University, Jon's unique approach has helped evolved this mixed-used residential community into a sought after address, be it value homes, middle-income homes or aspirational homes.. He is also the visionary behind ROSEWOOD II, a value homes residential community of Social Homes Inc. of which he is concurrently President. Rosewood II located in Brgy. San Lucas, Lipa City, Batangas. Jon drive the realize the corporate mission and vision serves as his motivation to elevate to new heights the existing portfolio of the company as well as a future project under his personal venture Lightwell Land Inc, BALAI ASYA in Malvar, Batangas.
